Zippy Zucchini and Carrots

Tasty with a hint of spice, great for the summer garden veggies

zucchini, carrot
Ingredients: 

2 zucchini, julienned
3 large carrots, julienned
1/2 c fresh parsley, minced

DRESSING
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cayenne
2 TBS tahini

Directions: 

SALAD
combine all salad ingredients

DRESSING
Put all in a blender with 1/2 c water and blend
pour over vegetables
