Zucchini Pasta al Pesto

Zucchini 'pasta' made soft with the pesto.

Ingredients: 

1 zucchini, peeled           
2 TBSP pesto

Directions: 

Keep in mind this recipe is designed for 1 or 2 people, increase as needed

cut the zucchini into noodles using a spiral slicer           
place in a medium bowl            
add the pesto           
toss,  can let stand for a short time to allow the 'noodle' to soften
